The annual Ipswich Cycling Association presentation took place on Boxing Day at the Henley Community Centre. The presentations were preceded by a "Guess the time" time trial over one lap of the Henley 10 mile TT course.
Starting inside the foyer of the Community Centre riders had to nominate a time that they would complete the course in, finishing as you came through the doors back into the Community Centre. No watches or computers allowed, obviously!
Winner was Graham Berry who was within 9 seconds of his nominated time, next up Ben Caisey who was 14 seconds out. Furthest from her nominated time was Miriam Edwards who was over minutes out and second last was Tim Haseldine who openly admitted he was counting elephants on the way round! Tim ended up over 3 minutes out, very impressive pace judgement, NOT!
